The Light Warriors United Yoga Teacher Training is about cultivating and amplifying your unique leadership style. Even within the realm of teaching yoga, each of us was born with a unique role to play. The principal goal of this training is to free your energy so that you radiate your most authentic and pure light. The more clearly you embody your dharma, the more things like competition and struggle diminish and things like abundance and opportunity flow.
Module 1: Perfect Alignment - While you will study sequencing, biomechanics, yoga history and meditation, most importantly you will cultivate a supremely powerful foundation which is rooted in your truth.
Module 2: Layering & Integration - As we layer the yogic wisdom offered in Module 1 with greater depth, we also integrate it into the creation of your unique yoga business and leadership style.
Module 3: In Your Power - You sharpen your tools so that your vibrant spirit is clearly expressed through your presence and teaching. You are a Light Warrior, here to light up your community and the world!

In this training you will learn the art of sequencing as it relates to physical, mental and spiritual alignment. This will be linked to biomechanics, anatomy and physiology. You will also learn the ancient eastern sciences of the subtle body, meditation and Breath work. History and philosophy will be studied as well. Additionally you will receive innovative guidance to help you start and further your yoga teaching career.
While Marysia’s knowledgeability stems from a lifetime of traveling, studying and teaching yoga, her super power is her innate ability to shine light on her students’ unique and natural greatness!

The course will be completed over 6 months, during which you will be mentored by Marysia, Kiki & Jacque. You will be given one year access to videos, PDFs & support groups. You will get a free 6 month membership to the Marysia Do Magic app with purchase of the YTT that you can unlock at the start of the program. Upon graduation you will join our Light Warriors Yoga Teacher community where you can continue to connect and receive support with other Light Warriors.
No problem. We will be holding weekly zoom sessions in different time zones with our faculty of teachers across the globe. Live attendance is recommended but not required. The classes will be recorded and available to you via the student portal.
The program is self-paced and you will gain access to content progressively. Once you complete a lesson, the next class will be unlocked. We encourage you to stay diligent in your study since the live classes will follow the syllabus. You will be able to access the recordings indefinitely and watch videos as many times as you like. The only piece of course material that expires is the Marysia Do Magic app.
Yes! For each Light Warriors United program you complete, you will receive a certificate for that course. Make sure you're on our mailing list to receive information about upcoming teacher trainings, continuing education courses and retreats.
Yes! You will be able to teach based on the Light Warriors Yoga Sequence. Our training is designed to bring out your unique skills that will allow you to lead an impactful, safe and fun yoga class. Mentorship programs will be available for anyone who wants to continue working with the faculty after your course is complete.
While it’s great to have some knowledge about yoga, you don’t need to be an advanced practitioner to be an awesome and unique teacher. This course is uniting people with all types of yoga experience and what you bring is a willingness to connect with Light Warriors on the same path. As you become more powerfully you, your mere presence will elevate and attract your community!
Each module will include live or recorded Zoom classes, video lectures, documents for review and assessment. Once you have made your way through the content, the module will be considered complete.
We hope so and in the meantime, we will keep the entire training accessible virtually through the Light Warriors Yoga Universe.
